__ LIPS – Leading in Public Schools

Responding to research into life opportunity, and a moral obligation to ensure that the horizon of possibility is as distant as possible for our young people, we have a key goal of increasing retention rates for our students.  This is not a situation unique to NSW, as the link below from Singapore shows.  Are there parallels for us?  and, are there solutions offered and exemplified which could help us?
