Right at the start of this blog is a post from this online journal. Here is another one, with some good papers: beginning with the keynote paper from Rod Simms which looks at our learners through a view of their needs and means of negotiating their view of the world. He draws from the ideas of Marc Prensky and others. All in all a good read.Â
And, there is also a piece by Kerryn Griffiths, called Personal Coaching: A Model For Effective Learning which focuses on coaching in educational contexts. Once again, a good read and food for though around the role of coach. If you have a look at the ‘About LIPS’ page you’ll see a reference to coaching there.
