The Newcastle Executive Teachers Association is a group of executive teachers in The Newcastle S.E.A. (School Education Area) who aim to:  

enhance the professional opportunities and quality of educational delivery of all executive teachers to their respective communities.

keep abreast of  all innovative educational theory and practice allowing opportunities for executive teachers to attend conferences to update their knowledge.

Through the above measures improve educational opportunities and quality for all stakeholders in our respective communities

cultivate a pool of highly effective leadership in the Newcastle region through provision of quality professional development programs and networking activity.
