HCC4 Snapshot 2: Reporting to Parents

Back in mid August, I asked you all to help me get a snapshot of where Network schools were up to with the Reporting to Parents implementation.  I am hoping that you can show the same great level of responsiveness to this updated snapshot, which acknowledges that there have been more developments since mid August.

1    All staff have had access to all Bulletins: including Bulletin 8 from last week?  

Excerpt from the email from Trevor Fletcher which accompanied Bulletin 8 -  "Bulletin 8 provides an update on the new reporting changes that have provided schools with a choice of either an A-E grading scale or word descriptors. It also provides an update on software including a checklist for the preparatory tasks for successfully using the DET software. Another handy checklist is included to assist schools in meeting all of the requirements of the new reports."
2          Will the school will be ready to implement the reporting in one of the approved    formats ?

3          Is more support needed ?                                  

4          We will be using departmental software for our reports

5          All mandatory requirements are covered in our planning/preparation for the new Student Reports
