HCC4 Network of Schools

Hi Everybody

Welcome back for a new year in education.

HCC4 looks a bit different this year as we bring together a number of school groups.  You will see from the banner above that we now take in the Cardiff area; the Beresfield area; West Wallsend; as well as Newcastle inner city.  We will also include the Hunter River Community School. A diverse group but one in which all of us will be working to ensure that we do the best we can for the children and young people in our schools.

A major communication tool will continue to be a 'blog' which is an online web-log where news and information can be posted and links to documents and other resources made available.  Please have a look at the blog and the information which has been posted there for the start of the year.  You can also browse through the range of information which is on the site from the second semester of last year.

To access the blog you will need to click the link below and then use a username and password to access the blog.  A generic username and password have been set up to provide a basic level of security.

The link to the site is:  http://www.pryorcommitment.com/hcc4

You will need to use:

  • Username = hcc4
  • Password = blog

For some reason known only to the vagaries of web based applications, you will probably be prompted to re-enter this a second time before it lets you into the site. Once in, have a look around and especially note the link to subscribe your email address to be notified of site updates.  This is a key tool in keeping up to date with what is going on.

My contact details are in the signature block below and myself and Tony Sullivan will continue to work from the Adamstown office.

I hope that your return goes smoothly.

Cheers

Roger
